At Mardana, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the fabric must be:
- Unstitched, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Free from cuts, stains, or any alteration
Please note: fabric that has been cut, stitched, or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Request a Return

Exchanges
If you'd like a different colour or article, we're happy to exchange it subject to availability. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within [5–7] working days to your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa for COD orders.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case Mardana covers the cost.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
